As many of you know Patrick is here and we are so happy. Here are a few photos of my new son.
It has been 6 years since I have seen a leaf turn any color but green or brown. Florida was many things, but it was lacking in fall foliage. Here are a few shots of Daniel and me at the park right before it turned frigid.
We got up today to get my plates changed from Florida to Ohio. They expire at the end of the month so I sent my paperwork to Honda to get my title sent to the BMV two weeks ago. Kara and I both have to go so we pack up this morning. After 2 hours of hopping from one line to the next I find out that they have the wrong title. Honda sent the CR-V one. Of course everyone thought I screwed up the paperwork (so did I, but only a little bit). I called Honda and they messed it all up. I freakin' swear I hate all the red tape B.S.

First of all let me say that I am sorry. I haven't been keeping up too well with my blog.
Daniel has a new bed and has become a avid reader during nap time.
We have been super lucky to have guest on a regular basses after our move. It has been a blessing to see more of our family.
We have also made the shortened journey back to Evansville and I for one am looking forward to more visits.
Daniel loved the hot tub. Dad does too so they spent a lot of time in there together.

For the past month I have spent most of my free time and a four day weekend with dad turning this:

I am so happy to have this done. Now Daniel can have fun in his own yard.
I spent the weekend cutting down 3 fruit trees and tearing down 2 sheds. Daniel and Kara hung out inside and watched the work progress. I still have a much to do before D can run around in the yard, but he looks out at all the changes and I hope he realizes he will have an all new play area soon.
